Our monitoring systems reported a brief outage at our Sydney Data Centre between 635PM and 640PM Sydney time. All systems are back online and our engineers are monitoring the situation.

Network performance issues for some customers
We are currently monitoring reports of slow network performance that is being experienced by some customers. We believe there may be sporadic issues with some Internet Service Providers (ISP) within Australia. Customers are reporting performance issues with some ISP's while others appear unaffected.
We are currently working with our upstream providers to isolate which network paths and providers are affected so further updates can be provided.
